Redefining Service Excellence

Doctors Oxygen Service’s main priority is to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service and technical support in the industry. We do not use an automated phone system so your calls will be answered and directed to the correct department and person. When you have a patient on the table and need technical support you can rest assured you will not be lost in an automated system searching for the extension and or department to answer your questions.

Our inhouse technical support staff and field service technicians are manufacturer- trained and certified and are available to take care of your needs every hour of every day, 365 days a year.

Equipment that is not functioning properly is a safety concern for your patients and a large expense for your facility every day it is not in use. Our field service technicians are located throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana which gives us the ability to arrive on site to take care of your service needs quickly.

Each technician carries a large parts inventory in their vehicle allowing them the ability to get your equipment up and running as soon as possible. We also maintain a large parts inventory in our warehouse giving our technicians access to additional parts they may need to complete repairs if necessary.

Technical phone support is available to all customers without charge.

If you are servicing equipment in house and have a question our technicians are available to assist. Is there a part your facility needs to complete repairs? We carry a large array of OEM parts for new and discontinued anesthesia machines. We are happy to assist with any and all your needs whether it be parts, technical support or onsite service.
